Application Process

To Apply for a Rental Property:

  1. Submit a rental application which can be obtained from our office.
  2. Pay a $35 rental application fee per applicant and one $200.00 reservation fee. (Sorry but our office cannot accept cash.) The reservation fee is only refundable should your application be denied. Your account will be credited the $200.00 should you be approved and sign a lease with our office.
  3. Provide our office with a government issued ID.
  4. Pay a $65-$80 account establishment fee (depending on number of tenants) at time of signing a lease.

Our office will run a background check, credit check, previous landlord verification, and an employment verification.

 

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO BACKGROUND AND CREDIT APPROVAL

 

All residential properties require a security deposit equal to or greater than the monthly rent.  Upon approval of the application, the applicant will be required to sign a lease which addresses the policies and procedures of this office.
